We are entitled to lock the Customer’s access to their MadeHost services or account in the event of non-compliance.

4.3 Prohibited content includes: spam,illegal material, copyrighted content without proper authorization, and material that infringes upon intellectual property rights. If we become aware of illegal activities, we are obligated under to request that the Customer immediately removes the offending content and we are entitled to lock the Customer’s access to their MadeHost services or account.

4.4 Our services must not be used for any activity that could harm, disrupt, or compromise the security and performance of our servers or network.
